The supermarket is common to nearly everyone's experience and provides rich opportunities to read. The activities in this unit offer a variety of ways to practice reading at the supermarket, increasing not only reading vocabulary, but building consumer skills. Exercises even include reading advertisement and learning to comparison shop.
