This is an excellent ongoing series – looking forward to more seasons.

Season 1 has 8 episodes. At this time, there is a season 4 Each season is a completely different environment. There may be different star values in each season. ------------- Season one is based on the first book of the Reacher series, “Killing Floor” by Lee Child. I have to confess that I have read some Reacher books, but this one is on my TBR list. This series is better than having a scrawny Reacher or a black Reacher. What is next, Grandma Reacher? Also, they do not try to gum up the works by just using the name and making up their own stories. It is nice to know the character before diving in. However, they make quite a good introduction. We also get backgrounds on all the main characters in the story. You might not need car chases and shoot-em-ups for the book, but they make up quite a bit of the movie action. Reacher seems to have no existence and just happens to come into town at the time a murder victim is found. He looks guilty to me. And he has a flimsy excuse that he was here to find out about a singer. We soon find out that Reacher is more than he appears and way too smart for his own good. He already suspects that there is something nefarious going on and is determined to find the cabal behind it. We take part with him in his search for the problem and its correction. Whom can he trust? We get to kibitz as surely; we know more than Reacher does. Or do we know Jack? This is the end of season one.
