Re-creating Recreation

This work is composed of thirty-six chapters and is conceived as reading material or as a textbook for higher education. We will also analyze the factors to be considered to make possible the recreation that we all wish for the well-being of all, here too, probably, because of the complexity of the task, we may miss some factors that may be important. With a certain audacity we will offer a vision of what recreation is today, considering that we live in a complex world, integrated by diverse cultures and levels of socio-economic development. Moreover, with even greater audacity, we will suggest what is the immediate future of recreation in human life, in the near future, since it is not possible to predict even in the medium term what its evolution will be.
