Returning from karate practice, Jasmin thinks she has seen spaceships hovering over the ancient earthworks at Borley Tump - but grandfather tells her they are a sign of impending doom. A New Age convoy arrives in town and Jasmin, with her friends Kevin and Tom, join the travellers in protesting against plans for a giant supermarket to be built in the lee of Borley Tump.Tom takes an interest in the stories of the Australian indigenous people and realises that dreamtime and mythical earth spirits might just exist in Westover too. The children discover there is far greater danger looming over Westover than they ever imagined. Led by cryptic messages from mysterious Raven Jack, they have to find The Pit of Doom and the Sacred Stones in order to avert catastrophe, and along the way uncover a traitor who is hell-bent on getting his revenge.
