A Little Light

I was a little disappointed in how small this book was- that was my fault, I didn't pay attention to the actual description of the book. I bought it as a gift for my 8 year old grand daughter who is in the 3rd grade. She loved it. She loves animals, knows a lot about them from watching Animal Planet, so I was afraid the book would be boring or too simple, but watching tv isn't the same as reading! She wants me to buy some of the other 'True Tales' books about animals. As an adult I was disappointed, the child it was for loved it!!
