ISO 9000 Registration

My boss and I took on the ISO9000 registration project for my company with very little prior knowledge or experience with the ISO 9000 standard. The President of our company didn't think we could do it. There were two other failed attempts. Little did he know, we were armed with Richard Randall's no nonsence book. We scrapped the existing quality management system, and started from scratch. We certified 3 buildings with 250 employees in 4 months thanks to Richard Randall's book. Our ISO auditor has called our quality system one of the top 2% he has seen. I highly recommend this book.
