A historical document

Covers several ISBNs, so you will have to ask before purchasing. The books by the same name were produced in different decades. With the advent of tablets and intelligent devices, atlases have moved to cyberspace. You will want a copy before the names change, and who knows, even plate tectonics may take effect. O.K. smarty, you know that Mexico is south of us. But do you know where Chihuahua is? No, I do not mean the dog. If you have kids or watch the news, do let them talk about places you have not been at least in this “Contemporary World Atlas.” I was in Vietnam previously, French Indochina. And you do not want to get started on Europe.

Great Resource

I teach Adult Education and nothing works better than visual aids. The students love thumbing through the Atlas and look at the world. Increases Geography skills!

A good buy

I am very pleased with the purchase of this atlas. It is a gift for my 8 year old son who has an affinity for maps. It has the entire world and I'm certain he will circle many places to which he wishes to travel. It was a good buy for the product, both value and quality.

RM world atlas

This isn't the most complete and authoritative atlas around, but it's a lot better than our old completely out of date one, and it's manageable, both pricewise and sizewise.
