This book though primarily for pastors' children is for both children and parents of pastoral families. Most often, pastors (that is, Ministers) pray for their children to be godly but do not pray for God's enabling grace to be good parents. We generally take things for granted. The author, Tammy Ejimadu is writing from a firsthand experience as a Levite (Pastor's kid (PK)) both parents being Ministers of God. She is the firstborn and only daughter among four boys of Apostle Geoffrey Dabibi Numbere (of blessed memory) and Pastor Dr. Nonyem E. Numbere. As PKs, she and her siblings learned to make sacrifices for others like we their parents did. She captures those experiences vividly using them to advise PKs as to what the right attitude to their parents should be...

The book is a kind appeal to the Minister, "We your children need your attention. If you love us, show it." It is full of advice and encouragement for the PK even in the face of discouragement, exasperation, or frustration. She maintains that the ace is in both the parents and children trying to maintain a balance between family and congregation.

If there is anywhere that Satan loves most to unleash his arsenal, it is on the Christian family especially the Ministers' family. This book is recommended as a must-read for the Minister, his family and the church congregation, as it will bless their lives by helping them to have spiritually and emotionally balanced families.
