The 2015 Rainshadow Poetry Competition is a community project celebrating National Poetry Month (April). Sponsored by Olympic Theatre Arts, Sequim, WA, and in partnership with the North Olympic Library System, the poetry competition drew poets of all ages from Jefferson and Clallam counties - students, amateurs and professionals. Poets wrote to a theme - A New Beginning. Poems were blind-judged by a jury of four. This year's competition is dedicated to author/poet Jim Fisher who passed away Nov. 2, 2014.
