The first in a series of historical fiction

I finished Rain the first week of my vacation and wish I had brought Whirlwind too. I really enjoyed the characters and the story line. Dana did excellent research and developed the characters well with plenty of surprises. Elijah made me want to cheer. He was bold, kind, faithful, and very human. The temple scene made me cringe but it was not too explicit. Overall I hope Dana has many more stories to tell.
