Charlie Small is a DJ on a local radio station. He's good at what he does and unimpressed by those who aren't. He doesn't like the station manager, and the feeling is mutual. Charlie doesn't have much regard for the station's owner, Hamilton Knox, either-and the DJ knows something his boss would rather he didn't. Still, it's Christmas Day, a time for goodwill and celebration. A fellow can have a drink or three at Christmas, surely.
