A GREAT ADDITION

I RECEIVED THE BOOK WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS GIVEN. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WASN'T EXPECTING IT TO ARRIVE AS EARLY AS IT DID! I AM ADDING THIS TO MY COLLECTION OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRY BOOKS. I THINK THIS BOOK WILL BE A GREAT ADDITION AND VERY USEFUL TO MY MINISTRY IN REACHING OUT TO THE YOUTH AND TEACHING THEM BIBLE STORIES IN A WAY THAT THEY CAN UNDERSTAND AND HAVE FUN WITH.

My Bible quizzing group is studying Genesis and look forward to doing the skits each week. They love doing it and it doesn't require any preparation. It's another great way for children to learn about the stories in the Bible.

Steven James has a gift for writing skits that teach familiar Bible stories in a humorous engaging manner without compromising the biblical truth. The children in our Sunday School range in age between 4 and 12 and they are all delighted when our opening includes a skit from any of Steven James materials, but particularly the Old Testament. The skits are easy to perform with minimal preparation and few, if any, props. We knew we had a winner when the parents started lingering in the room to watch the skits instead of just dropping their kids off on Sunday morning. The skits give the parents and children a starting point for discussion on Bible stories which was one of our goals.
