This book consists of three main sections: Warming Up, Test Preparation, and Practice Tests.

The initial Warming Up section contains basic practice and lists important points for solving listening comprehension questions. Solidify your foundation by practicing how to understand the content of indicated words as well as shape, size, and placement.

Part 1: Test Preparation contains four practice sections that follow the problem formats of the actual Japanese-Language Proficiency Test: Subject Understanding, Point Comprehension, Spoken Expressions, and Immediate Response. In Part 2: Practice Tests, you can put the finishing touches on your studies by taking on two mock exams. Finally, the "Frequently Appearing Words on Listening Comprehension Questions" appendix will be helpful to both improve your test-taking abilities and as last-second N4 test preparation.

In addition to scripts for questions, English, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese term translations are also included, allowing students to prepare for the exam on their own with confidence.
