Mmmmmmmm

I've had this book for 3 or 4 years and its one of the books I use most to make yummy vegetarian dinners. Try the soup with pesto its amazing.

You may think all the good veggies come in summer...

but this book shows otherwise in a collection of recipes for root vegetables and other winter treats we might otherwise overlook. All the recipes I've tried are delicious and wholesome.
