I bought this book for my daughter and loved it myself! I find it to be a wonderful tale of suspense and intrigue. Each turn of the page has you wondering what is going to happen next. I feel the subject matter would be safe for any age. The illustrations are top notch as well. . . full page and full of life. The master craftsmanship of the writing, illustration, and production of this work really makes it stand out on my shelf. I know what I am giving everyone for christmas this year. I can't wait to see where the siblings take us next!
Imaginative wonder of Dragonology or Eragon

This book takes the reader on an exciting adventure. Children will quickly be drawn into this magical, mysterious tale. I love the imaginative details in the illustrations. This book is an imaginative exploration like Eragon (Christopher Paolini) or Dragonology.
A fresh story that appeals to my imagination.

What a blessing! Being an engineer by training and having grown children I didn't have a need for a young person's book until being blessed with a very bright grand-daughter. The Quest for the Dragon Stone is safe and exciting to read to any age. I am personally ready for the next book. This book tells a fun adventure story with a neatly woven message of hope. The illustration are stand-alone-art and are powerful seeds to one's imagination as the book is read.

Too young for Harry Potter? This book is the perfect pre-Potter read for any kid age 7-12. It's not too long, has plenty of colorful illustrations, and offers a great big heaping of fantasy and adventure. The book also has a nice conservationist slant, as well as a lighthearted dose of fun. Like the best in this genre, this is an exciting tale that can be continued for a while to come.
