Bad experience

So the TOG series is phenomenal. I purchased this copy for $29 listed as Good condition. What I received wouldn't be considered acceptable especially for that price. Tried to return it. First had problems with website, and app. Finally got it to work, but then had issues with QR code at UPS. Sent an email never received a response. Stuck with a $29 book that should've been $5. 2nd time this has happened. I'm very skeptical of purchasing from them anymore.

This is advertised as a new hardback book. It is a grossly overpriced used paperback book
