This text is Volume I of a seven volume set. This Volume I is the 'Introduction,' the requisite material you need to understand before the subsequent volumes can be described in any sensible fashion. Other volumes will cover in greater detail, Quantum Mechanics, Physical Cosmology, Relativistics, Theosophics and Theology, and the 'Near Death Experience,' and Faster Than Light and Gravitic Propulsion. The general sense is to describe a construction of reality in academic terms suitable for classroom study and lecture content. The texts are material extracted from my formal publications, with the exception of the volume dedicated to the Near-Death Experience, from which I have not formally published any work on the subject. We will open Volume I with: The Universe Is Not Locally Real, and the Physics Nobel Prize Winners Proved It. Elegant experiments with entangled light have laid bare a profound mystery at the heart of reality. By Daniel Garisto on October 6, 2022, Scientific American. This description of the 2022 Nobel in Physics (Aspect and Bell) is the key concept in this series of texts. The rational description of the meaning of 'The Universe is not Locally Real' is explained and investigated in explicit detail, suitable for the student and perhaps dedicated layman. There is some math, but it has been reduced to a basic algebra level.
