I would say you need a pencil so that you can rub out and use again your answers if you prefer.You can also use this as a healing system for yourself or others too!Before and after using this book, I would suggest you to always drink water as this helps to clear any unwanted residual energy that is no longer needed so that you can feel the fullness of these cards and their clearing and cleansing and balance activations.
