The method guide of choice for the process challenged

This book handles alot of subjects that are very broad and diverse. It is not by far an all incompassing theory reference but if you need some really good standardized methods to improve the way you process material and improve Q & R, it definitely fits that bill. This book would be excellent for the ME manager type or perhaps the production manager with problems.
