Quality of Life at Work (QLW) has been a constant topic of discussion in recent times, and companies are increasingly seeking effective ways to implement programs that are suited to their culture and work environment. This monograph aims to provide an overview of the historical evolution of the topic, mentioning authors and their theories that have contributed to its development.
