Quality management: training processes in hybrid education

Education is the most concrete and accurate way to achieve a comprehensive training in human beings, in that sense it is true to wonder if with the training tools acquired during the course of life, these tools are essential to truly achieve success in the actions and activities that are developed in different fields of action.The field and the horizon of hybrid education broadened its contour, the high needs in being able to make use of them were evidenced and, in short, a wide range of supply and demand opportunities were opened in the consolidation of distance education as one of the most appropriate ways in the formation of populations eager to be trained in universities highly accredited in quality and with the feeling of achieving their dreams when the university approaches the population and opens educational programs that will meet the needs of the communities. In this sense, Hybrid Education in this new century changes the concept of the paradigm of traditional education to one where it is available to all.
