Tokyo, Japan is threatened by two young villains with mysterious elemental powers. Society calls these criminals The Pyro and Electra, also known as Tony Fujuki and Emma Kimasaki. Tony and Emma are truly heartbroken, fueled by nothing but rage and spite. They eventually find each other outside of The Villain's Guild when Tony transfers to Emma's high school. While Emma isn't aware is that Tony also her accomplice, Tony easily puts the pieces together and quickly falls in love with her. However, after becoming sick of his constant misfortune, he snaps, and his flames quickly spiral out of control. This leaves Emma feeling responsible, desperate to save her accomplice from insanity and potential doom. Things only get more chaotic from there, and both of them are struggling to hold themselves together. What will become of these troubled element holders?
