Putting the IPCC prescriptions into perspective in DR Congo

Awareness of the need for sustainable environmental management began to grow in the mid-20th century, and the international community's awareness of the need to protect the atmospheric environment was soon reflected in the Stockholm Declaration of 1972, but the ICC did not show any real interest in combating climate change until 1985. Following the resolution 43/53 of December 6, 1988 of the General Assembly of the United Nations on the "Protection of global climate for present and future generations" declaring that the conservation of the global climate for present and future generations is in the general interest of humanity. UNEP, in collaboration with the WMO, established an Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to examine the problem. From the work of this group, international conferences in resolutions of the General Assembly, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change "UNFCCC" was established. Thus these resolutions are interpellative finally of a sustainable development of the Humanity.
