Pursuit Women's Discipleship Program: The Life of a Disciple

Pursuit is a program designed to develop discipleship in the lives of women and offer the foundations to get us started. It is designed to rebuild what has been lost, to rediscover truth, and reclaim all that God is, calls us to and offers to us in Him. In this program you will be offered a daily Bible reading plan, exposure to foundational doctrines of a Christian faith, discussion questions for discipleship group formation and personal application to bring it all to life. Pursuit is created to draw out curiosity that is then directed toward Scripture, moving us from simply being consumers of our faith and into being pursuers of our faith. Pursuit ultimately postures us to step back into to the simple, yet profound art of discipleship. Pursuit is a model for forming a discipleship lifestyle that can be executed at any Church, in any home, or within any family. It's a place to start for those who are ready to not only raise the bar on how they pursue God and others but also a place to awaken their curiosity and strengthen their faith in a time such as this. We finish strong our Pursuit of being disciples who make disciples with book 3: The Life of a Disciple. So far, we have prepared our hearts to follow Jesus as disciples in book 1, we have sought to discover our mission as a disciple of Jesus in book 2, and now, we close by looking at how we walk this all out in real life in book 3. This is where many fall off or get off course in their pursuit toward discipleship. For many will affirm the call to discipleship and a desire to heed its call and yet will never step into it because life simply gets in the way. So, here's the question we will grapple with in this section of Pursuit: Is discipleship sustainable through the ups and downs of life? Join us in this final installment of Pursuit to practically discover the answer to this question as well as be equipped with stepping into a lifestyle of discipleship.
