La'Paris is a seventeen-year-old, growing up on the west side in the city of Detroit. Being a part of a rap group known as Band Gang, he has had to figure a way to the top along with his best friend Racks. While coming up, trying to make a name for himself, he finds himself in a position no man wants to be in - he is forced to leave everything he has built to his close friend-Money.
Money has climbed his way to the top, putting together his own crew known as The Scam Team, while trying to make the most money possible. Money leaves his old life of selling dope and stealing cars behind to fully engage in scamming.
While leaving the streets alone, Money decides to put La'Paris's brother, Bandup Mall, and his group on his payroll to do his killing; a group known as The Demon Killers. They start to make a name for themselves, taking out anyone that gets in the way, until The Scam Team runs into a problem with some locals. It's a war in the city of Detroit.
