Pulse 2025-2026

Pulse is a collection of poetry, prose, creative nonfiction, scholarly essays, artwork, and modern language literary translations written/created by undergraduate and graduate students of Lamar University. Pulse celebrates writing from our entire and diverse global community at Lamar University. Pulse is staffed by Lamar University students who collaborate for nine months to bring the annual issue from planning to publication, starting with a call for submissions in the fall semester and culminating in the annual Pulse release party and reading event at the end of spring semester.
