After the theoretical literature, of course, which is not exhaustive, the second chapter deals with a differentiated use of PPPs in Africa, the third chapter with the origins of the development of public-private partnership contracts, the fourth chapter with public-private partnerships in the infrastructure sector and how to go about it, Chapter five (V), on the investment climate for PPPs, Chapter six (VI), on public-private partnerships, why, where, when and how, Chapter seven (VII), on the issues and challenges of infrastructure financing: PPP, and finally, we conclude with Chapter Eight (VIII), which focuses on economic policy recommendations for public policy makers.
