This work consists of a study conducted on the Youth Savings Program in the State of Minas Gerais. It seeks to investigate whether the program had an effect from the perspective of the beneficiary. For this, it uses both quantitative methods to establish correlation, and qualitative to understand the meaning and representation of the program in qualitative terms from the content evoked by respondents.
