A concise, informative, and balanced reading!

The book puts public administration into historical context (which is very important and often overlooked), specifically relating to the U.S. Constitution and America's founding, and balances it nicely with models of public administration and current trends. Also, it is an "easy" read, not written in the scholarly style that makes hard reading often associated with collegiate books.
