PTSD: Proof That Strength Develops
A Healing Journal
This journal was created for the woman who keeps going-even when life feels heavy. PTSD: Proof That Strength Develops is more than just pages to write on-it's a safe place to release, reflect, and rebuild. Within these pages, you'll find space to process your pain, honor your healing, and remind yourself that your story is still being written. Born from real-life experiences of grief, growth, and perseverance, this journal speaks to those navigating loss, motherhood, heartbreak, and the weight of responsibility. It is a reminder that even in your lowest moments, strength is still developing within you.
Nakita Jackson is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia-a nurse, mother, entrepreneur, and author who understands what it means to carry both responsibility and pain at the same time. After experiencing the devastating loss of her grandfather, balancing motherhood, working two jobs, and pursuing her education, Nakita faced life's challenges head-on. While grieving, she also endured the heartbreak of a partner walking away during one of the most difficult times in her life. Through it all, she chose to keep going. This journal is a reflection of her journey-turning pain into purpose and creating space for others to do the same. You are not what broke you. You are what survived it.
