Great comprehensive coverage

A thin, unassuming format but it is very well written! Stadler, himself a serious sailor and psychology professor from Bremen/Germany, covers a very broad set of subjects. He discusses everything from causes of seasickness and changed visual perceptions to the intricacies of crew sociograms. Great reading for the advanced skipper/captain.
