HH was referred for further assessment and evaluation of his disturbing behaviour in class and also obsession towards cleanliness and tidiness. He will get angry if someone is trying to mess with his uniform. It was also stated to examine if he exhibits any symptom of obsessive and compulsive disorder and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. However, it is reported that he is a good student and has no problem of paying attention in school. During the physical examination, he is alert, clean and tidy, able to finish task given, good eye contact and shows his love to younger brother.
