Proudly Parenting motivated me unlike any other coloring book project. I conceptualized and designed this coloring book to applaud the parental effort of guiding children along a path that short-circuits mistakes yet stimulates self-propulsion towards a healthy and fulfilling life; an effort best accomplished by parental involvement. Involvement in the nurturing activities that are meaningful to mom and dad, and also involvement in activities that allow the children to discover what is to become meaningful to them. To blend this involvement into a shared exchange and appreciation of the interests of each member . . . serving as connective tissue - to unify and secure the bond that is Family. This is vitally important.
