EXCELLENT, CONCISE HANDBOOK

PROTOCOL MATTERS IS NOT ONLY HELPFUL BUT A GREAT READ. I WISH I HAD READ IT AS A YOUNG MOTHER AS A TEACHING TOOL FOR MY OWN CHILDREN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL FOR THEM IN NAVIGATING AROUND "LIFE", IN A GRACIOUS AND APPROPRIATE MANNER. JUST KNOWING WHAT TO DO, AND HOW TO RESPOND IN ALL KINDS OF SITUATIONS IS BENEFICIAL-- TEACHING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WAS MY FAVORITE PART--THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN A "WHICH FORK" MANUAL--THO THOSE DETAILS ARE COVERED TOO! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
