Proteus and the Still Blue Kingdom

Proteus observes how the blue sea becomes motionless, and how it still seems to move despite being utterly still. He is captured and brought to a frozen kingdom, where he learns that he must release a woman from her perpetual stasis in order for time to move again. Time moves inside an hourglass, but the first drop that is about to fall appears to be frozen in place. A frozen hourglass allows him to discover his connection to this woman.
