George and Julia are a middle aged couple intertwined together in love, sex and materialistic expectations, forced to separate after the medical error that recreates George as a female gender, and compels her to seek identity in the qualm of social, economic and sexual insecurity and he is dismayed by the conspiracy of the establishment against his master who is a senior teacher working for the New York City department of meditation. The action of the play takes place in the doctor's office; in George's house; in a meditation classroom; in u.s. congress; and in the surgery room of a hospital.
