The objective of this book is analyze if the production of chicken meat is operated with sustainable ecological margins in the State of Nuevo Leon (in Mexico), and see if it is a suitable industry for sustainable regional development because of its ecological, economic and social impact. Affiliate with the study of the industry of the production of chicken meat for human consumption and the possible exploitation of natural resources of the region for its development throughout its pages.
