Proposal for Surf Schools

In collaboration with 70 surf school owners, instructors, and independents studying surfe natural, an experimentation, training and implementation plan was developed. This plan respects the schools' current culture and revenue while introducing a framework called 'natural surf hubs'. This design is inspired by the disruptive technology adoption model of Professor Clayton M. Christensen from Harvard University, author of the book The Innovator's Dilemma.
