Dominic Clarke was born on the streets of Cesspool , and his life has been anything but easy. In a place where gangs rule and Law Enforcement is a mere shadow after years of violence and police deaths, his home isn't a vacation spot.Everything changes when the new Chief of Police launches a new program long ago devised but never put into action. Project Stitch was designed to return the city to a safe place for people to live and flourish. However the program requires special individuals and Dominic is one of them.
