Navaid has over 24 years of professional consulting and academic experience in an international environment across Canada, the Middle East (UAE) & Pakistan in various capacities such as General Manager, Director Project, Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Assistant Professor at Engineering University. He is PMO Expert For Private and Public Sector Organizations to set up and Operate Project Management Office (PMO), Project Delivery Frameworks.
He graduated in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Alberta, Canada. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (R) and Certified ISO Lead Auditor. He is a Subject Matter Expert in Project Management (Fundamental & Advanced), and created PMO and Project management tools.
