Everlyn Hansley is a regular girl who feels anything but normal . Living in New York City might seem like some girl's dream, but living with an oblivious guardian, and having social anxiety and depression isn't exactly the greatest thing in the world. All she wants to do is go back to live in the forest with her parents. He got his whole village captured to save the girl he loves, Everlyn. He has a plan to get everyone out, but for that to work, he needs her to remember him. But it's been so long, when she does remember him, will she even be who he remembers her as? Will she care enough to save him? If she doesn't, there's a good chance no one will ever forgive him for the betrayal of his people.
