Lesser known bios of well known people

Volume 2 of the Profiles of Integrity series would be an interesting accompanying reader to a student studying American history from post Revolutionary War through the Civil War. Covering more well known characters such as Sacagawea, Francis Scott Key, Queen Victoria, Abraham Lincoln, and Robert E. Lee, lesser known stories about their lives are profiled as examples of truthfulness, respectfulness, virtue, wisdom, initiative, gentleness, boldness, sensitivity, and tolerance. Appropriate for middle to high school students.
