Best Text Book on Personal Selling

I teach Professional Selling at a major university (senior class) and use this book as the class text. It the best text on the topic of selling I have found. It covers every aspect, and is for the serious student. Don't confuse this book with popular paper backs that proport to teach the topic of selling. This book covers every aspect of selling from the virtual corporation to telemarketing. The book is rich with photos and comments on the ethics of selling. In my forty years of selling things, I have run across many speakers and authors, almost all of them are mentioned in the book -- whether their ideas have current merit or not. So this book functions as a history of selling and an encyclopedia of selling as well.
