The Department of Prisoner Welfare and Psychology has moved Heather and her friends to yet another a new prison. While Prison 268 was custom made for them, it seems too good to be true. Issues with leadership, food, and fighting leads to rising tensions throughout the prison. While Heather tries to come to terms with all that the DPWP has done, she struggles to solve a murder. Adjusting to her new life is hard, but figuring out what justice truly means is much harder.
