Good book w/ excellent examples and problems but not enough

This is a good, well-organized reference book with dfficult solved problems similar to the ones in the PE exam. But I think it does not cover all the topics that make you pass the exam. The editor argues that although this book is not comprehensive, it will let you pass the exam. However, I just took the PE exam and found out that very important topics need to be added, which are most likely will see in the exam. If you want to use this reference book only and pass the PE, you need to study all the topics in the book and not focus only on 5 or six topics. If you will focus on topics that you are familiar with, you need another reference book to study from in addition to this one. I beleive that if this book covered other topics within each chapeter, it will be the most comprehensive PE reference manual available right now. Also, the editor need to bring the book to the current codes.

Very effective study aide. Helped me pass the exam.

Other manuals just didn't follow a regimented study pattern, which you need to be sure to cover all topics. This manual allowed me to navigate all the necessary topics and gave great examples of the test type problems. I used all the others, and this was by far the best.Don't be surprised if you find a few errors in the sample problems and solutions in the solutions manual. However, they are normally correct.Maybe you too will get lucky enought to find an exact duplicate of a problem on the exam.
