Principal leadership and school climate

Educational institutions have difficulties with the school climate that does not allow them to develop their work in an optimal way. Faced with this difficulty, leadership has been proposed; however, it has not been specified what type of leadership and that is why we speak of organizational leadership, pedagogical leadership, among others. We specify that the leadership required is the leadership of the principal because the principal is the fundamental character to improve the school climate of the school.
