This sojourn risks our lives, halting the games. Well, I don't learn my lesson. I defy my mother, the queen, once more in tournament.

While eventual triumph shields me from punishment, it doesn't protect me from a terrible secret. A secret so terrible that I promise, I promise you, I will rebel again. Even if it means disobeying the gods themselves.

Although tied to the Azure Series, this novel is a standalone young adult tale for a general audience (chronologically preceding the book Azure Blue).
