This book is truly written for the young reader; however, it can be read and enjoyed by all ages. There is really no new information, but it is treated in a different manner which is appealing. The story is told almost entirely by using almost all simple sentences so that is can be easily understood by the age group for which it is intended.It is refreshing to have the author refer to Prince William's life as "an inspirational life" which it is when one stops and thinks about all the unfortunate circumstances he has endured in his sixteen and a half years of life.The author succeeds in getting her point across. Any individual who is five years of age and can read will be able to read and to understand this book. The words which the author thinks a young reader may not know are written in bold print and are explained very simply in the glossary found on page 30.One also get the Web site for the publishers from which one can download a free screen saver. also, there are two Internet Sites given for Prince William with which you are probably acquainted if you have always read about the young prince.
