THIS BOOK OPENS THE READERS MIND TO OUR PAST.

After reading this book I saw a TV interview with the author of "Everything You Know is Wrong". The author posits a theory based on ancient writings related to where we came from. I was struck by the corollary between those theories and the possibilities projected by Prime Evil authored by Billene Spellins in her fiction book.I highly recommend this book for book clubs. We had one of the longest, best attended gatherings to date. Not because everyone loved the book or agreed with it's premise, some didn't. However, everyone did want to discuss it. In that one evening we learned more about each other and how we view the world than we have in the eight months we've been together.

I REALLY ENJOYED READING PRIME EVIL.

Its the kind of book that sticks with you. After reading it I Couldn't stop thinking about the issues it raises. My only criticsim is that the book ended and the movie is not out yet.

Prime Evil is a thriller of the first order!

Prime Evil is a thriller of the first order! Prime Evil begins with a gnawing feeling that something is wrong or about to be.  You don't know what it is, but it's coming your way, you can feel it.  And then it begins.  It first appears as an unexplainable illness which would be all too easy to ignore but you can't because what's happening to you is somehow a part of what's going so wrong.  Since you are the freshman U.S. senator from Virginia, a woman and a humanist, you must pursue it, you must find out what it all means. As you begin your quest, many strange and bizarre events begin happening to you and your associates. Your official inquiries meet dead ends, there are attempts to distract your efforts. Clues collect, some you've had all along but never recognized as clues. A frightening picture develops with bewildering illnesses, UFO sightings, government secrecy and cover ups. Mysterious things you've heard only as gossip are now being confirmed. Other people bring clues which fit together with yours, like a global picture puzzle involving more people than you could have imagined. While the accumulating picture may not be clear, collecting each new piece proves more disturbing and dangerous. Personal risk increases and real danger now includes your friends and family. As you are coming to see your dearest friend and confidante, his home is bombed and he is killed. Somehow, some invisible and inexplicable force reaches out and rescues you from certain death. The messages are clear. Someone is watching over you as someone else is seeking to destroy you. But who? And why?Prime Evil is a thriller of the first order as I've already said. You're already plugged into it, whether you know it or not. I suggest you grab a copy and get in on the suspense and the solution to our complex modern puzzle. You won't be disappointed. Ms. Spellins weaves words in both compelling and enchanting ways. She elegantly guides us through many self discoveries as she collects the unanswered questions of our day and assembles them into sometimes frightening and sometimes ecstatic revelations. A captivating ride!

Really is a thought provoking book.

I find this book to be an terrific example of some of the things that are really happening in our world today. Kudos to the author.

Philosophical Terrorism

If you enjoy a well crafted story, you will love this book. But it is not your usual mystery thriller. Ms. Spellins has combined a suspenseful narrative with a unique philosophical approach to some of life's most compelling questions. The visual imagery is exquisite, the dialogue is convincing, the concept is unique and the premise is compelling. This a thoroughly modern story about individuals caught up in the complexities of everday existence-an existence that threatens to dissolve and rearrange itself before the baffled eyes of the participants. The only bad thing about this book is that it comes to an end. It is my fervent hope that Ms. Spellins casts her characters in another adventure of philosophical terrorism.
