Horrible Condition-Lots of Missing Pages Not Pleased

You were very sly to sell me this book without a description that warned me that there are missing pages from 1-43. That isn't just 1 page missing, but several. There were also lots of markings on some pages that I had to erase, which I didn't mind doing, but if I had been notified ahead of time about it, it would've been more appreciated. More importantly, I'm not happy about the missing pages. You shouldn't be doing business like that and it's definitely not work $8.98.

My 5 year old loves 1A and 1B. He sits with me while working on it and has done as many as 20 pages at a time because he likes it. He's fascinated with the clear, uncluttered graphics and has learned so much. I will use this program this summer as enrichment before he begins his 1st grade year.
